Arts Award is a new national initiative for young people aged 11-25 to gain a NQF qualification (to GCSE and A level standard) through creative personal challenges and a wide range of arts activities. See www.artsaward.org.uk for more information.

BBC Blast is a free resource for young people. You can talk live to Arts professionals such as music producers and dancers, see what is going on in the Arts in your region and nationally, and also post your work up on the site. Check out www.bbcblast.co.uk.

Bass Connection is a music-based Wiltshire County Council project where a youth development worker draws up personal action and development plans for young musicians. Young people develop their own individual styles of music and performance and often build up to a public performance. It has been the making of some great bands!
